Information Collected from Content Creators
• Personal Information: We collect information such as your name, email address, and contact information when you sign up for the CodeADX marketplace. • Content Information: We collect information about the content you upload to the CodeADX platform, such as text, images, and videos. This information is used to display your content to potential Advertisers and to promote your services. We may use your content information to promote your services to potential Advertisers and to showcase your content on the CodeADX Platform.
• To create a profile for each Content Creator, CodeADX collects various information feeds such as RSS feeds, YouTube feeds, and other social media feeds. The information collected is used to build a comprehensive profile of the content creator, allowing them to showcase their work and connect with potential advertisers. The information collected may include personal information such as name, email, social media handles, and other relevant information related to the content creator's work.
Information Collected from Advertisers
• Personal Information: We collect information such as your name, email address, and contact information when you sign up for the CodeADX marketplace. This information is used to communicate with you about your account and the services we provide. It is also used to comply with legal requirements or enforce our rights.
• Payment Information: We use Stripe to collect payment information such as your credit card number billing information, and or bank account information when you agree to promotional services from Content Creators through the CodeADX platform. This information is used to process your payment and to ensure the security of your financial information.

The data collected from Shopify stores is used exclusively for the purpose of providing the CodeADX services and facilitating the agreed-upon transactions between Shopify Stores and Content Creators. We do not share this data with third parties unless required to fulfill our obligations or as permitted by applicable laws.
Data Retention
CodeADX retains the collected data from Shopify stores only for as
long as necessary to fulfill the intended purposes or as required by
law. Once the data is no longer needed, it will be securely deleted or
anonymized to protect individual privacy.
By using the CodeADX services and connecting your Shopify store, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, use, and processing of your store data as described in this section.
Information Collected by our Payments Processor
CodeADX uses a third-party payment processor to process credit and other payment transactions. Our current processor is Stripe, but we may change processors at any time and update this Privacy Policy to reflect that change.
Both Advertisers and Content Creators are required to set up a Stripe account to receive and make payments through the CodeADX Platform pursuant to separate agreements with Stripe. CodeADX keeps on its servers the Stripe account number associated with each Advertiser and Content Creator. This information is used to facilitate the payment process between Advertisers and Content Creators.
Advertiser payment information, including credit/debit card numbers, billing and bank account information, is collected and stored by Stripe in accordance with Stripe’s privacy policy and terms of service. Content Creator banking information is collected and stored by Stripe in accordance with Stripe’s privacy policy and terms of service. CodeADX does not collect or store Advertisers payment information or Content Creators banking information on its servers and is not responsible for compliance by Stripe with Stripe’s privacy policy or terms of service.
Information Collected by Google Analytics; Information Sharing with Google
In addition to the information collection and usage outlined above, CodeADX uses Google Analytics to collect data about how users interact with the Services and the CodeADX Platform. This includes information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, the pages you view on our website, and the date and time of your visit. We use this information to improve our website and better understand our users' needs. Google Analytics may also use cookies to collect this information. Information Collected by Stripe
Stripe, our third-party payment processor, will also collect and process payment information on behalf of our Advertisers and Content Creators. Stripe's use of this information is governed by Stripe’s privacy policy, their terms of service and applicable laws.
Information Sharing
We will not sell or rent your information to third parties. We may share your information with third-party service providers who assist us in providing our services, but only for the purpose of providing those services.
We may share content information collected from Content Creators with Advertisers who have expressed an interest in purchasing your services.
We may share payment information from Advertisers with our third-party payment processor (Stripe) to process Content Creator Fees.

We take what we believe are appropriate measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. These measures include implementing secure servers, encrypting sensitive information, and monitoring our systems for security vulnerabilities.
